  We had a good turn out on a very cold and frosty morning last Wednesday. After a warming cup of  tea or coffee mums and grandmas of our new starters heard about how they could help their children with the beginnings of reading, writing and counting. Dominoes, bottle tops, letter sounds and even how to start a reading and writing corner for your child were among the free resources you could use at home to help your child’s learning.
