Welcome to Langold Dyscarr Community School

We are a very busy, friendly school serving a wonderful village community. Our children are amazing examples of children who work hard, value good relationships and make Langold Dyscarr a fantastic place to learn! The staff team here are committed professionals who are dedicated to making every day the best possible for all the children that we serve.

At Langold, we strive to provide an enriched and creative curriculum that appeals to every child in school. We aim to develop the interests and talents of all of our children so that they become happy, confident adults.

In addition, our lunchtime provision is out of this world! A new playground installed over the summer of 2018 is incredible! We have a team of dedicated adult and KS2 play workers who work tirelessly to ensure that every child in school has an enjoyable and exciting playtime. There are a wide range of facilities available for the children on a daily basis, such as refereed team games, creative and role play, playground games, go-carts to ride on, to name but a few.

If that isn’t enough, there is an enormous timetable of extra-curricular after school activities for the children to enjoy.
