French Lavender Bags for Mums

Year 3 used their fantastic language learning skills to help them follow a French set of instructions to make a Lavender bag, using French lavender, for Mother’s Day. They noticed that the instructions were set out as they would be in English and they were able to recognise all the imperative verbs in the list! They also learnt a little about the lavender industry in France. They finished off by writing a Mother’s Day greeting in French. The bags looked beautiful!
