Fantastic Start for F2!

F2 have had a fantastic start to school life! They were brilliant on their first day, finding their pegs and names. The teachers were very impressed with how well some children can write their names already! The children have been busy learning our new routines and exploring the different areas. They have been fantastic at lunch time, tucking into their lovely lunch and playing in the big playground. Our teachers have been staying close by to check we are ok, but we have made lots of friends already, especially our Year 6 ‘buddies’. We had a Wednesday Walkabout and had a good look around school. We saw lots of other classrooms and we all squeezed into Mr Pullin’s office—it was lots of fun! In our first gymnastics lesson we learnt how to sit like a gymnast using 3 positions: pike, straddle and tuck. We can’t wait for next week and the exciting learning challenges ahead!
