F2 - Back in the Fun-Working Groove!

We have been learning about the Nativity story this week and have been working hard on our independent writing.  Ellie and Archie used their imagination to build the stable, from the              Nativity story, from stickle bricks. Wow!

We did an amazing job on writing Santa’s address on envelopes which we posted to him. We walked to the post box to post them—I think Santa will be really impressed with our writing!

We really enjoyed our Christmas lunch, singing Christmas songs and pulling crackers.

Our Welly Walk was a huge success - everyone succeeded in completing 7 laps of the school field - some children even managed to run most of them!! We have some super fit children - are we looking at athletes of the future?                                                                                                 

In our gymnastics class, we impressed Emma and our teachers by the way we were able to follow Emma’s example and use our balancing skills to cover the course that she had built for us. Everyone completed the course twice, even if there were a few nerves, we all persevered!
