  What A MONSTER Party in FSU !

  The FSU children celebrated the end of their topic on Monsters in style! Our little monsters had made a great effort with their costumes (thank you mummies, daddies and  carers) - we had some big monsters too, who looked very much like the teachers.

  Mrs Huthart found herself presenting the Special Mentions Certificates to some of our Special Monsters. In the afternoon we all enjoyed some great party games together and some monsterlicious  party food including a super Monster cake!

  We have come back to an Amazing Animals topic for this half term.  We have been reading the Tiger Who Came To Tea and next week we will be going in search of Tiger Food? Do you know where we could buy some? Please let us know!

  In Caterpillar Music we had a lovely time meeting some zoo animals; being eaten by a boa constrictor; getting on the bus to go to the zoo; handling spiderlings; interpreting the saxophone sounds in our monster movements; conducting and singing along to a chorus of animals and making our own animal music  — what a fun learning-packed session!
